well personally my dad suffers from nassicarcistic syndrom he is qiute selfish, and the only way I could handle them, was be myself and show them that they won't phase me, and I stop depending on people to share things with me, I make my own stash, and I show them mercy, and put them to shame by how I act. And that is mercful....times it's going to seem like it doesn't work, but they are going to wonder why after they are doing what they are doing why you are still so nice

I don't know any person on yahoo answers but I have seen selfish people on different forums. I just say "yeah whatever" !

yes, i do and i just ignore them. if you are going to be selfish then why be on yahoo answers. people are supposed to be here for helping others. isn't that what yahoo answers is supposed to be for? (sarcasm) i know it is. good luck.

You cant tell if someone is selfish unless youve actually MET the person.
