Once upon a time....
Bitter end? no... I have no bitter endings. Life is damn good because I so choose it to be.
: ) Happy Saturday !!

well, yea! I was a single Mom for years, of four children. I stuck it out till the end...and I am still there. I did it for love. Yes it was worth it. It affected my life...and it was hard, but it was a commitment and a calling on my life. Christ Jesus is my guide and my Lord. What would I say to Him when I see Him, if I had not committed my life to my family. Scary thought.

I had committed myself to my marriage (for a total of 19yrs and 10 mths) although I knew after a short time that it was not working...I have two kids and first thought, I'll stick it out for them...I thought, making the committment, that I should try everything in my power to make things better, to make things work, which I believe I did...I am glad I did get divorced but I can say with a clear conscience, that I did try everything possible to make it work, and I have no regrets...that's how I am with everything. Yes, it was worth it, just to have that feeling, and yes, it does affect me, 'cause I sureley do blame myself for not having smarted up earlier, for not being able to speed things up...slow learner, I guess!

When you have children, you commit yourself to a lot of things and you do stick to it. You have to teach your children what is right and wrong and by doing this, you are teaching them about committment. Yes, you feel good and it is well worth it.

the bitter remains, but the end is yet to be....I WILL hold out though, because if ya have nothing you'd die for then ya have nothing to live for, really...
