Prescott Bush was an investment banker along with W.A. Harriman and a stockbroker by the name of Herbert Walker. Their firm, Brown Brothers & Harriman was involved in a lot of companies, one of them being, the Vanadium Corporation of America. There had been a boom in the price of uranium shares and the Vanadium Corporation was a large uranium mining company for the U.S. Government's manhattan project.
Is Bush profiteering from the war? Where would you get that idea?

Their "friends" are and they always spread the wealth amongst themselves so eventually they will get some of it.
If the Carlyle Group is involved then hell yes they are. Daddy Bush worked for them. Consultant no less.
Also the brainiac in the White House also worked for them.

Yes and so is Cheney and many others in Bush administration through personal business contacts that have companies that contract with the government in military and oil business!

I did not know that there were any rationed or scarce goods for anyone to make exorbitant profits on. It should therefore, in theory, be impossible for anyone to profiteer.
Maybe you mean profitting? Well, let's just hope that everyone is profitting, except for the terrorists, and anyone against profits.
