Number one, Bush is not the greatest president ever. That was Reagan. Number two, everybody knows that Congress never represents the will of the people. They get elected because they claim to do things at voting time, and when they get to Washington, they get all caught up in the glory and forget why they were elected. Number three, Bush didn't laugh at it, he spit at it. You could hear it in his voice in the speech he gave earlier. So don't come on here and act like Bush is the enemy here. The Democrats are showing their true colors and everybody who can understand politics knows who the real enemy is. So either put up or shut up, cus Bush is president for the next year and a half. Nothing you can do to push a cowboy.
