The link to download the free player is somewhat hidden on the page. I usually find it in the TOP RIGHT corner of my browser window in blue text. They may have changed this since I last downloaded it (3 months ago), but there IS a free player on that site. You just have to sift through the advertisements for the commercial player to get to it.

A word of caution...I found that when I downloaded quicktime it messed my comptuter up, because I'm not using a MAC. Maybe that was just me...but I thought I'd tell you anyway.
