ABSOLUTELY There was never a reason to be there in the first place. Bush is just to humiliated to swallow his pride and admit this whole thing was a huge mistake!!! I know it sucks to admit you are wrong but look at the loss of lives his stupidity is causing.

Since long before the United States invaded Iraq, I was against it. It didn’t make any sense. Why should Americans loose their lives when Iraq didn’t represent a clear risk to our country? Why are we inviting other countries towards imperialism by invading a sovereign nation? For some time I assumed the President had intelligence (pun intended) indicating Iraq was producing weapons of mass destruction. Even this didn’t justify invasion in my mind, but I hoped there was at least some justification. I was amazed and appalled when then Secretary of State Colin Powell brought our so-called evidence to the United Nations. After the invasion I kept hoping we’d find something to justify such an inappropriate act. Again, nothing showed up.

The invasion itself did more to strengthen Al Qaeda than anything I can think of. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what Al Qaeda and other extremist organizations will use for propaganda. We lost credibility world wide and helped justify future immoral acts by other countries and factions.

Now we’re in the country and were primarily responsible for destroying its infrastructure. It seemed like we were stuck with a moral responsibility to rebuild a country. However, it’s not working. As time goes on I’m more and more convinced this is not a goal we can achieve. Iraq is clearly in civil war, and not just between Sunnis and Shiites. There is no reason to believe the problem will be any better 5 or even 10 years from now. It’s time for the United States to admit defeat and withdraw completely from Iraq on a very short time table.

While it’s true this approach has some serious consequences, the alternative is far more serious.

The biggest problem with leaving is abandoning a country in a civil war we facilitated. The damage can be mitigated by facilitating regional talks to deal with the issue. If the U. S. starts withdrawing, it will force neighboring countries to take danger to the region seriously and help work towards a solution instead of being part of the problem. Perhaps we could also fund immigration to other countries. We can’t bring them here because we’re the aggressors and have created a “surge” of willing terrorists who’d love to get back at us.

Allot of issues might desire to take place. the prospect of the area destabilizing remains valid yet no longer as specific because it grew to become right into a 365 days in the past. Afghanistan might probable fall into chaos yet Iraq might desire to pull via. i won't be able to enable you comprehend if there are conspiracies for the reason that any valuable conspiracy won't be able to be shown in basic terms suspected. i'm uncertain if we are prevailing i've got faith we are holding a standing quo. the version between this war and the Vietnam or Korean wars might fill a e book you will possibly desire to be extra particular there. Communism has no longer something to do with terrorism in spite of the indisputable fact that some might say (they might properly be precise) that the two are purely a foundation of concern to administration a inhabitants. i won't be able to say that the belief is definitely stunning yet there is help for it. Russia isn't a declared enemy of america yet i does no longer call them an best pal the two. we could say they have not any love for us nor us for them.

Heck yea. I have a friend of mine that's going back in June. When he came back this time He had very sad story's. He Told us about all the women and children he had to kill. I asked them "did he feel bad" the only thing he said was sort of but we had to kill them before they killed us he told us that they use their children as human bombs and that the women and children was also strapped. He believes in the Ouija board and he asked it was he coming back home alive and it said no. He is still so ready to go back. He gave my husband all his uniforms I mean from the old ones to the new ones they where now. He even gave him a uniform that they have not wore yet with the german flag on it. It kind of scares me cause I am wondering why is he giving him all his stuff, do he really thinks he is not coming back alive. He sold everything in his house and gave away the majority of it. He only known us 2 months and he is the sweetest man you will ever meet he just still living in that milatary life. He once beat up his wife because she wanted to play with him while he was sleeping and she put her hand around his neck and he grabbed her and throwed her against the wall and beat her like a man he didn't get charged for it because they blamed it on the military, He also put his step son in ICU because he came through the house with a towel wrapped around hiis head and thought it will be a good joke and he snapped again. Not trying to bore just to let you know how that mess is corrupting good people minds. So come on Bush let our people go. Its time to be with their loved ones.

I would say no, for one if we pulled out now we would set a bad example to the world. And iraq needs help pushing the rest of the terrorists out otherwise they would come back and maby plan new attacks on the world plus they need rebuilding their army and country and the u.s army is doing that. So i say we stay and help iraq and get th job done this time.

It's time to pull out and let them solve their civil war. Then we can decide, considering Iran also, what our involvement should be. I wish we had left when the Taliban were driven out of their caves into Afghanistan. That is where the terrroists huddle. Sorry, I hate politics but I pay taxes too.

We should not have gone there in the first place, but now that we have, it is time we pull out. Our troops are suffering just becuase our great politicians misled the country and went to war. We have wasted millions of dollars in ammunition and troops. I feel sad for our troops.....our foreign policy sucks.

I am totally against this war but I do not believe we should just leave them high and dry. We should leave, let them duke it out and then come back to help them rebuild. It is a civil war and at this point there is not a whole lot that can be done to help them until they stop. L
