Help me find this dress/shirt?

There is this shirt that's light blue and has anchors and slightly smaller star on it. It's long and around the hips it has a thick dark blue stripe-like thing.

Anyone know where I can find this?

Yea Try "Wet Seal" they have anchors galore! (Sp?) Lol! hehe I get all of my colthes there!!
