As for definitive rock anthem, I'd have to say either Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, Hey Jude by the Beatles, or Stairway to Heaven by Zeppelin.
They're all spectacular, revolutionary works of art. Sorry. I can't choose.

Beast and the Harlot by Avenged Sevenfold has the best guitar also Riot by Three Days Grace has awesome guitar in it.
Hotel California by The Eagles and It's all downhill from here(Catalyst) by New Found Glory are both really good too.

It depends what kind of rock you're talking about. Early rock, 70's, sh*tty hair band rock, or today's rock. I'm going to say Sanitarium, Master of Puppets, One, or Fade to Black by Metallica.
