Hi! I am actually lonely and alone on purpose. I have been divorced for 14 years and it turned out that I was a very lousy husband but a very good father. Basically I cheated and I have tendencies of a pathalogical liar. Later I discovered that I am bi-polar and my psychiatrist has told me that people with my mental disorder do not do relationships well at all. So for me, when I am with someone and they want to make it serious, I always take an exit because I dont want to screw anyone up like I did with my ex.

There are times I feel lonely and at other times I enjoy being alone, then I have the freedom to do as I please.
Recently ended a five year relationship that was draining my energy and I guess it will take time to adjust to being single again.
Still feel happier being with no-one rather than the wrong one and am in no hurry to jump into another relationship.Fortunately I have good friends and family who allow me to share my moans and then cheer me up.

I'm lonely but not alone. After my x went off with another guy leaving me with a 9 year old boy I have devoted my life to bringing him up. As a consiquence there has not been another woman in my life for many years, I suppose it's been that long I'm no longer interested.

Yes, I do feel lonely.....I have two lovely toddlers who chatter all day, but I do miss adult talk and having to share my thoughts. My husband is mostly traveling and I have very few friends, but not close enough to be my real friends.

Yes, because I go to school all year round and rarely have time to get back and relax with my friends and family, hence me feeling lonely.

I may be alone, but I am not lonely. I have so much going on that it keeps my mind busy.
