I think those who performed atleast to 60% of their reputation should be kept rest fired! Resignation is way too polite. They don't deserve that anymore.

It starts at the top. Get rid of Chappell...we need an Indian coach who used to be a player and who was energetic on the field. Someone who gave his all out on the field and dove for the ball and gave a 100%...Kapil Dev or Robin Singh or Srinath.

Second...its time...its time for Sachin to retire...he has been in the game for 17 years now, he has all the records in the world in the batting field, its not worth keeping him...he proved to us today that he is a choker and cannot deliver face saving performances in crucial situations like always. He has let us down from the beginning...how many game winning performances of him do you remember??? All against poor lousy teams and he never does well against the upper echeolon teams...why keep him???

WE need youth, we have them, but not utlizing them at all!!!!
IRFAN PATHAN, SREESANTH, KAIF, KARTHICK...these guy are young but they bring energy and passion to the game. ...they dive on the field and effort is all we want and if thats not even being shown, then they don't deserve to play *ahem Sehwag ahem*

They all should be fired. They are all professionals. In corporate world; when somebody screws up the project they are fired by employers to be replaced by others. I think in professional sports the same should happen.
