I went to disney's california adventure for the first time a couple of weeks ago and what a disappointment. do you have any opinions about this park?

Yeah, it stinks. It's really boring. They really need to Imagineer some better rides.

I love California Adventure.
I would always end up going there alot more often than Disneyland Park.
But its all personal opinion.
If you ever have a chance I suggest you spend the extra bit of money and get a one day park hopper an go between parks. And go on all the rides and shows that you like at both parks.

The California Adventure was a little of a disappointment. The only good ride there, really, was The Tower Of Terror!

I think California Adventure is a fun park, especially if you do everything it has to offer. It is a bit disappointing compared to Disneyland, but I really think it has the potential to become a great park (like Disneyland)...it just needs some work.

I like Disney's California Adventure-- but I know it is NOT Disneyland.
I can do my favorite rides there in about 5 hours and then spend the rest of my time at Disneyland.
You are not alone in your disappointment-- most Disney fans are.

It is not the Magic Kingdom. You probably went expecting the same magical feeling. You can only get that at the Magic Kingdom(s). I felt the same way, but after visiting a few times, I grew to love this park as it's own entity and not compare it to anything else. I will never forget the bumper cars in the Ant Land with my son. I like the lazy feeling of this park. There isn't as much hype as MK. I like it... a lot!

I agree. When I went there, the roller coaster was broken down.... what a shame..BUT Disney land on the other hand, is FUN!!!!!! (the only good ride in California Adventure is Tower of Terror and you can get more of the characters autographs!)

It does have a few good rides, but it's just not the same as Disneyland. I don't think it has the same vibe that you get at Disneyland. There's not enough different stuff in each of the areas to warrant the hike it takes to get to some of the areas.

I like the park ...it's Disney not Universal or 6 Flags...you're ignorant if you spend that kind of jack and not preview the park on-line prior to going.

well, this place is somewhat okay, depending on what rides you like
if you like thriller rides, this may not be the place to be
the only thriller rides there seems to be is a drop zone and screamin california
other than that, its mainly a family park
i like six flags marine world better.

same thing with me . i've gotten used to the wonderful disneyland here in japan that when i came to visit disney ca i was so disappointed thinking it will be better than the one out here . japanese disney rocks !
