Yeah, if you stand there long enough. Problem is when you go to leave and grab the door knob, the jerks who didn't wash their hands have left their germs on the knob.
BTW, there's a new generation hand dryer coming out that should be faster.......I'll believe it when I .....feel it.

Never use them since I saw the stats on the number of bacteria that hover there and get blown on your hands!!!!
Go for the moveable towel every time!
