Or do you dislike either, like me.

Sorry I don't mean I dislike PEOPLE who lead, or follow, I mean I don't like to do either. I'm kind of more of the diplomatic type, I supppose you would call it.

Generally, I'm a leader.. when I went to a Leadership Retreat a few years back, in college, the Retreat leaders had to remind me to give the other people a chance to lead..

Im usually a leader when placed in a group, but sometimes I believe that it's better to follow for a bit and take some time off.

Everyone is a leader of something or a follower of something or a follower of something. Unless he is a rebel. In that case, he's a leader anyway, so it get's right back into the circle.

So I like both kinds of people.

I believe that most people are a bit of both, depending on the situation.

What if you dislike both does that make you a hermit then? I'm a bit of a loner mainly because I don't have a strong enough personality to lead, but I don't always like to go with the flow, because I'm smart enough to see that some if not most leaders (or people who try to lead) are idiots. I prefer groups of like minded individuals who collectively lead and follow at the same time, so really I dislike and like them both at the same time. Does that make any sense?

I am afraid I am a control freak, therefore I am a leader.

I like people whp know their own minds and know what to do

I think a lot of damage i.e {the Iraq war } is because there

was not a strong leader. Therefore count me as a leader.

and I don't mind following but then again I

Leader ==> I always try new activities that my family & friends don't, and may not be practical. I like trying new things and making things my way.

Follower ==> I believe I have a huge follower side too, because I don't like to take responsibility, and I like teamwork .. but, I'd like to have downer-hand at teamwork.
