go to the library where she won't be ALLOWED to talk. tell her show important this scholarship is to you..

You could just tell her how important this scholarship is to you and you really need the time to study for it. You could make an appointment with her for a later time when the two of you could get together. That way you could get your studying done and she could save what ever she wants to talk to you about until the scheduled time.

Looks like you need to do your studying elsewhere. You are going to have to go where she won't be able to find you. Sounds like either she doesn't have any respect for how much this means to you or she can't control her mouth, so it's going to have to be up to you. Hope this helps:)
