Did you try looking east of Texas? How bout south of Arkansas? For really good townhomes, check west of Mississippi.

Go to www.craigslist.com and click on your state and search city and then go under houses and type in townhomes and you can pick your price range, pets okay or not and house by owner. This is were I found my house in the UK.
