I'm married and I'm TTC. I'm just worried about a hostile environment for the sperm. Any serious suggestions?

There are lots of tricks of the trade for increading CM. Eating 10+ baby carrots a day from AF to O, 2-3 cups of grapefruit juice daily from AF to O, Green tea and evening primrose oil from AF to O.
Preseed is a wonderful sperm friendly lubricant that a lot of women swear by when ttc. I'm on clomid and that makes you dry as the Sahara sometimes..the preseed is great.

It will be possible but much more difficult. With out it the sperm are basically swimming through a maze and while some may get through others will have a hard time. I have heard but not tried that taking guanifenisin (mucinex plain) will thin it out. You can try that but i don't personally know how well it works.

I have the same problem. We been TTC for about 4 months. I read that if you take Robitussin, starting 4 days before your peak, this will help you get more EWCW. You should buy the plain kind with no letters after it. . Good luck and baby dust to you. I'm going to try it this month

You can but sperm lives longer in EWCM (about 3 days)
In regular CM only a couple of hours.
I recommend preseed.
Good luck!

What are you talking about? I never heard of egg white in an ova and what does that have to do with centimeters, anyway? If you want to get pregnant, you are going to need a male. Be sure you get him tied in with a legal child support contract.
