When I met my wife I was drinking very heavy, now maybe 1 or 2 beers a year and maybe a small glass of wine.
I smoked for 44 years (108 pack years) I was smoking 2 to 3 packs a day. I quit Feb.6, 2000. every so often I would love to have a smoke with my coffee at the ranch. BUT I don't and I won't

light drinker mainly wine, Margaritas but will not drink beer.
Unfortunately, I can't have more than 1/2 a glass bec it hurts my stomach. I don't smoke bec if I did I would be dead.

I do both, but clearly I smoke more than I drink. I also am tanning for my vacation. I also eat a lot of crap and drink a lot of soda. As you can see, I just can't stay away from all the unhealthy crap. If it feels good, then do it:)
