Start with compliments and then small talk. And try to make her laugh. You don't need to worry, all you can be is yourself. Or make her laugh. I love it when a guy can make me laugh or feel good. Overall, just be yourself. And trust me, you'll find someone.

Just try to be calm most girls i know like guys that now how to speak right with a girl, like you can start a conversation by just saying hi,don't try to over do or start the conversation by saying umm what school do you go to that kinda sounds not good. or if it is a girl you know from school say hi and ask her how her day was or just by complimating someone say's alot about you to someone and most girls like that, just don't lie cause she will realize.

Start by asking questions about things they might be interested in such as sports, hobbies, reading, news, world affairs, school, music, movies; whatever it might be, but I think you get the idea. People like to talk about themselves and what is important and interesting to them. Ask the right questions and sit back and become a good listener. The rest will come, promise. Good luck!

You could ask her a question. Ask her how her day was and how she's been. That's what one boy asked me and we ended up talking for three hours. He would say something and I was able to relate to it so the conversation kept going. Don't get to personal though, if there's something she doesn't want to tell you don't force it out of her. Accept it and if neccessary change the subject.

you just need to know, YOU ARE THE MAM, if you don't be that, you have to became, you have fiil you are de best (truly nobory is, but everbory thing this)

the best way to avoid your shyness when talking with the girls is just say the words ("I am smart enough to deal the girls") in mind. that will keep you cool and will make you talkative..
