I swatted them with a flyswatter as they came out and returned in the morning. Each one I killed, I taped the dead body to the wall below the nest entrance, in a line, all the way down to the ground.
Argentine ants eventually found the line of dead wasps, followed it up to the nest, and exterminated the wasp nest.
This method is less successful with termites; termites will seal off their tunnels against an invasion.

Yellow Jackets are wasps not bees. Any sort of spray wasp killer should do the trick, but be very careful as they can be quite aggressive and unlike bees they can sting numerous times !!! If the nest is large or in a difficult place it may be prudent to call a professional :-)

yellowjackets are wasps not bees. the spray works good, you can stand far away and spray and it kills them on contact, no need to run, they die right away. i forget what its called though, beekiller or something like that.

in the event that they have been in a different section, i might say spray them your self. although, it incredibly is going to be very no longer hassle-free to get each and each of the spray interior the siding and/or wall. in case you do be certain to purpose it your self, be beneficial to do it while it incredibly is cooler (early morning, previous due night) while they are going to be lots greater "sluggish". maximum of them in all risk will die out in the process the iciness, yet a clean batch will locate the nesting spot interior the spring.
