Go to your 360 page, change the picture, and set it as default, then, go to your profile here, and click on Edit My Info and tell it to use your 360 picture.. voila!

Good Evening Look
The answer so your question is simple.
Click your account picture
Click the small blue, edit my information link
Scroll down to the edit my picture section
The picture you want need to be assigned to your Yahoo 360 account. You will notice in the picture options the tag that says use my Yahoo 360 picture.
Sadly I assume you do not have a 360 Yahoo Account.
Lets change that:

Create a page and assign the cute picture to the account.
Then come back to your answer page and alter the pictures settings as explained above.

Click on my profile at the top of the page
then edit my info
open 360 choose a pic
then click on the picture and save or ok

click on edit my info (it's in blue near the 'picture' of a grey person!)
there are choices for you avatar (picture).
click on create a 360 page.
when created put your chosen cute little picture on there and set it as your primary picture.
back in the 'edit my info' select your 360 picture for answers
and it should appear x

Go to 360 and sign in. Then you can make your own avatar.
Then if you want to you can put any picture you like in.
