Yes, but I protect it by being tough and strong on the outside. Only if I know and trust you, that is when you see my soft spot.

Sure, the whole thing is kind of soft. It's not covered in bone, afterall and it's just a muscle that pumps blood throughout my body....pretty easy to pierce with a sharp object.

I do but it's not as soft as what it used to be. I've toughened up about the last couple years. Good thing.

Why yes... luckily it is not life threatening (no cardiologists, but a shrink may be in order every once in a while). It can land me in some awkward situations, but these make for interesting stories. And... hey... my taste in men is improving!
