I have a mother daughter luncheon and they ask us to wear sunday best attire. What would the best thing to wear??

well the first thing to do is decide on the color you'd like to wear.
I'd go with maybe a skirt (knee length) or an inch higher, heels (not too high) and a nice blouse to top it all off. Nothing too bright (like skip the floral and neons lol) or flashy, and nothing too revealing.
color is ok! but not too much.
even better: and adorable spring dress! cute AND sophisticated!
I'd probably add in a nice necklace too. And natural or nude make up is best for this affair and keep hair simple.

i would think a nice sundress or skirt with a nice blouse.
i don't think you should wear something you would sear to the office or to a job interview... that's too formal for a luncheon!

i wouldn't wear something overly dressy, that is strange. Wear something comfortable but attractive. Like maybe a favorite skirt and top combo, or a nice pair of pants with a shirt. It also depends on the weather! dress accordingly!

whatever you do, dont match with your daughter! lol
she might be embarassed!
you could wear something "springy" and since ur not going out to a club and ur with ur daughter (who so happens to look up to you) dress tastefully but not granny-ish.
i suggest tailored dress pants or a pair of nice dark wash jeans and high heel boots or ballet flats.
try a tank top and a tight fitted blazer or a nice shirt and a pashmina scarf.
