No. I do not have an organization system for my CD's. I like chaos. It's more fun hunting for them.

I don't have a system. My son put all of his on his ipod so he does not listen to CD's anymore.

Well I have most of them in their cases.....and the ones i use the most are thrown into a drawer....Other than that, none!
