If their GF is irish- only once! Then she beats him within an inch of his life and he doesn't stray again!
Seriously- though I'm a firm believer in once a cheater always a cheater.

The nationality has nothing to do with cheating. Ask the french! You will find that in every race. You also can't put a number on something like that. If that was the case, you could tell someone to do this x amount of times and then you wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. Let's try to be a little more specific.

You don't have to be Irish to cheat. That's stereotypical. All Irish men don't cheat...... Do they? :)
