A person with cerebral palsy is a person with a neoralogycal brain disorder that was caused through birth trauma. This does not make them abnormal. It just means they have a disability. If you were in an accident that suddenly put you in a wheel chair would you consider yourself to be abnormal? I would hope not!

Depends on your definition of normal. If everyone in the room had cerebral palsy but you would you be normal? Try asking Micheal J. Fox.
