A person with cerebral palsy is a person with a neoralogycal brain disorder that was caused through birth trauma. This does not make them abnormal. It just means they have a disability. If you were in an accident that suddenly put you in a wheel chair would you consider yourself to be abnormal? I would hope not!

hi, I artwork for the government, facility for the mentally and bodily handicapped and that i've got been there 36 years and not in any respect as quickly as theory-approximately any of the customers as ordinary...they have a actual handicap.
