I do every other day. It isnt good to wash it every day because the natural oils wont get a chance to soak into it. You will have very unhealthy dead hair if you wash it to much. Every other day is good. Let the natural oils come thru a little...trust me its healthy

Everybody seems to shout from rooftops that's important NOT to wash your hair every day, but if you have oily hair, what's a woman to do? Don't wash. Instead, try dry shampoo on your hair. Since washing hair too much strips hair of oils & even color if you've had a dye job, you're better off washing every other day & sprinkling a bit of dry shampoo at the roots & hairline. For blondes, save your money & use baby powder.

No I am an african American and for me to wash my hair everyday would be too much of a hastle for me. For example I have to wash it with 3 shampoo's & conditoners sometimes i get a perm, blow-dry it(which takes a while), flat iron then hot comb with lots of grease then style the whole thing takes like 3-5 hours!

I use to when I was still in high school, I'd get up every day and take a shower, now that I'm in the Air Force I wash it every other day but still take showers everyday. I'm stationed in NM and dry weather makes it crappy.

Yes, I did when my hair was short. Now it gets washed maybe once or twice a week. I am thinking about cutting another 12 inches of my pony-tail off soon.

Most of the time but I occasionally miss a day on the weekend and then I wash it twice the next time.

If i have it straight I'll leave it like that and take body showers for 2 days but if i put moose and hair spray I'll wash it in the night.
