You remember that song by metallica ( i think) that goes somethin' like this..."When you think you see a light at the end of the tunnel....it's a freight train coming your way.." sorry to hack the lyrics, but that song is incredible and it pretty much says don't even try to be happy cuz your life's always gonna suck. Depressing to me.

Herion by the Velvet Underground always leaves me very very conflicted. I want to feel depressed, because it's a depressing song, but I want to feel giddy too, because it's so beautiful.
