This code is related to the timing control sensors, ns many times will be caused by a variety of things, but most commonly the wrong oil viscosity, or failure to change the oil at proper intervals.
Find a very competent and reputable repair shop that specializes in Nissan, or take it to the dealer for diagnostics and repair.

disconnect the negative cable of the battery for more than ten seconds, to erase the code ,
drive it again if the problem persist,You need a mechanic ASE certificated.
