Hey I was doing a project on color blindness and I was just wondering how color blind people see a rainbow

It depending on exactly what their colorblindness is. They might either see shadings of grey overall or they might see both duplicated color bands like in the the red and green portions.

Just less colorful. Colors yes, but less. How many? Don't know, but definitely colorful and beautiful.

(I'm strongly red-green colorblind).
