No it's a sign to stay and answer lots of questions so you earn points and get to a higher level where you can ask more questions.

That's what I thought. But then I discovered the section that I can vote for best answer and tried to earn points that way. I just reached my limit on voting!!! Be strong!!! One day we'll be able to be unlimited!!!
