It could the humidity if is high in your area then that could be one reason why, or if you have spring allergies or maybe changes in your food intake eating more or less of something could be a reason for the headaches also.......

I had the same thing happen to me. I am now 22 weeks and I get an occasional headache but they are mostly gone. From about week 15-21 I had a headache every day. My doctor told me I was getting migraines and to have a little more caffeine. Talk to the doctor and see what she says. Good luck!

Ask your midwife to do your blood tests again, you could be lacking in iron, i had severe headaches really bad daily, till my midwife checked my iron, within 2 days of taking tablets they had started to reduce take twice daily no more headaches 25weeks now. Also get your blood pressure done it could be high, so even if you don't have a booking appointment get one or get one with the doctor or nurse, to check iron and also ferratin levels. Hope this is what it is but also makesure your having enough fluids.

Hormones can cause headache.
I have found that not drinking enough will cause it also. The demands on you body at this time call for extra fluid intake.
If you are drinking well tell the midwife as it may be high blood pressure and needs to be checked out.

Did you stop drinking coffee? I had this and it turned out to be caffeine withdrawal. My midwife advised me to drink a couple of cups a day (but not the usual 9 I was drinking before I fell pregnant). If you are really worried though I would advise to see a doctor, as it could also be a sign of pre-eclampsia.

I am 18 weeks pregnant with my second. I had them with my first too.
Dehydration is the first, it can take a day or two to become rehydrated, try to only drink one or two coffee's or tea's a day.
Hormones is the next.
But do try to monitor what your drinking, thats usually what causes mine, when I sit and think, I havent drank much today!

I got them due to hormone levels. Its a pain because you cannot take much to help them although paracetamol are safe.
