Ok - My ex has started dating a new guy about 2 months ago. I told her from the beginning "Thats great, happy for you if your happy!"
Here's the rub. Everytime we have a disagreement usually by email (our divorce isn't final for 2 more weeks) she throws in something like "I am getting engaged" "Or I am moving in with B" I think she does this because she is still hurt and angry at me. Trying to hurt me. I let her know that it doesnt bother me. Any opinions?
And yes she can act immature and spiteful when she is mad or hurt.

I do not understand why you are carrying on with her via email. Sounds like you are still involved with her, so, who is the real game-player here?
Divorce is very expensive, in every way, just like marriage, it should not be taken lightly.
Wake up!!

Try to have as little as possible to do with her. If she has already started into another relationship, she is obviously not making the best choices right now. Divorce is hard, as I am sure you have heard. It will take time for her to find herself again. In the mean time, be friendly.

she is bitter and hurting...
it's not very healthy to jump from a marriage and into a new relationship right after (or during) a divorce. it usually takes the average person 1-2 years to recover.

the best thing you can do is just go on with your life and forget about this girl. She sounds very immature and seriously needs to grow up. She says that to make you jelous so you will come running back to her. My advice to you is run as far away as you can from her. YOu can do better.

I've met some guys who do the same type of behavior !
Its to gain attention , get a reaction... that's it .
If you don't want to be involved in an argument , just keep the communication short ....

i'm only 16 but it sounds like she is trying to hurt you trying to get you back.. but at the same time it sound like she wants to know if you still care about her

She might be saying this just to get attention. Or to take one last punch at you. She wants you to be upset that she is happy.
