I need even the tiniest publications in the valley and I'm having such a hard time searching for them on the net.

Sure... here are a few: The Tolucan, The Pennysaver, The Recycler, L.A. Weekly, L.A. Reader (avail. on Thurs. at 7-11s). The Recycler & Pennysaver can be found online and can be accessed for the S.F. Valley. Another good online "publication" is craigslist.com. There is the Burbank Leader, Pasadena Star Telegram. There are the college papers - The LAVC Valley Star, The CSUN Sundial, The Pierce College Roundup. Also maybe it's still being printed: The Bingo Times. Virtually all of the small cities have some publication they publish about events and news in their area.

Even though it's not the smallest publication, the San Fernando Valley Business Journal may be of interest.
