No. When I used to eat meat, I wouldn't touch it unless all the pink was cooked out. (Now, I'm a vegetarian.)

I know people who has before. It never killed them, in fact, they never got sick from it. They said to avoid hamburger because if the grinding machine had ecoli, then you may get it. Other than that, they said good cuts of steak that are red and fresh and refrigerated are good.
