You are responsible for the loan payments if she doesn't make them, and you are responsible for seeing that the car is properly insured, since you are on the loan application. You are not responsible for tickets she gets while driving that car. That's on HER driving record, not yours. Let her pay her own tickets.

Is it a parking ticket or a moving violation? The driver is responsible for the moving violation, but the owner is responsible for a parking ticket. They could go after the co-owner if she doesn't pay it.

if your daughter got a moving violation then the cops have her information not yours. if it was a parking ticket and your name is on the title of the car then if its not paid they may put up a warrent for both of your arrests because they dont know who was driving it. either way she should pay it because she obviously did something wrong.
