I had sex during ovulation and the next day my lower abdomen felt really sore. I could feel it even more when I sat down. But then it slowed down and doesnt hurt as much anymore. Could that mean that I conceived? Can you feel it?

In most cases, you can NOT feel yourself conceive. Some females have claimed to have known when they conceived but it's very rare. Lower abdomen soreness could be from anything. But it's not impossible. The only way to know for sure is to wait until your period is due and take a test.

It's more likely to be ovulation pains, sometimes they can be delayed and you feel them after you've already ovulated. I'm pretty sure that you can't actually feel yourself conceive, at this point all that would have happened is the sperm fertilizing the egg. You wouldn't have implanted yet which would be the only thing I'd believe you might feel. The same thing happened to me last cycle, and I wasn't pregnant.
