I have been a member of systemmails for over a year so in Feb/07 I decided to pay for an upgrade. They have taken my money and I have not been upgraded. If anyone has had any dealings with systemmails can you let me know if they are honest. I am very frustrated as they will not return my emails.
thanks everyone who reads this for any help you give.
Sincerely Frustrated

It really all depends on where the company is located.

If it is located in the US you could try the FTC or the BBB. But I can tell you that if you paid less than a hundred bucks, it would be best to just cut your losses and forget about it. It will probably cost you more to get your money back than you paid in.

If you wish to file a Internet Crime Complaint, please visit the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) Website: http://www.ic3.gov

If you believe you've been scammed, file your complaint at http://www.ftc.gov, and then visit the FTC's Identity Theft website at http://www.consumer.gov/idtheft. Victims of phishing can become victims of identity theft.
