Boiling point is unrelated to height if the ambient pressure is maintained.
30" Hg barometric pressure= same as at sea level.
Hence boiling point unchanged, ie 100degC(212degF)

Even at 7,000 feet, if the atmospheric pressure is 30"Hg (which is what I believe you mean), it is 14.7 psi (760mmHg), the boiling point of water is 100°C (212°F).
