I know a few actors who google their own names. It's funny, because at a convention once, one actor said that the fans often know what he's doing before his manager tells HIM! lol
So, yes, I'm sure some of them find this place when they search.
Oh, sorry, no I don't think they would use any info as their own. They might use it to change the way they act or do things, if they discover their fans have a gripe with them, but most people would not steal information and use it as their own.
Some might. There are good and bad people in all walks of life, from actors to the priesthood! Judges to comics. So you never know!

I don't really care, but they are humans and have interests like anyone else. If they're bored, yes, they might come on here every once in awhile. I'm guessing that with all their money, however, they can find a lot better things to do such as go on vacations to the Carribbean, have more sex than me, and do other fun stuff like make sex tapes called "One Night in Paris."
PS: I highly doubt that the questions asked by celebrities are truly asked by them. I'm sure that Yahoo has contracts and deals with their publicist, etc.

I have no clue what "use the information they get as their own" actually means, so I'll say "no," though plenty of famous people go on YA and ask a high-profile Featured Question. Very few of them actually give any answers, though.

Absolutely. I write all of Disturbed's material on Yahoo! Answers Music category and they just copy it.
