I would have to say the grossest smell would have to be hot fish, and the nastiest thing I've seen in a public restroom would be sprayed diarrhea all over the stall. SICK!

The grossest thing I have ever smelled in a public restroom has to be my school's. I can't really describe it... kinda like farts and Lysol attempting to cover the scent. Once, I saw crap smeared on a stall wall. I also hate the writing in the stalls! It is terrible! Once, the words " ____ fu**s Old ladies" pretty bad.

i cleaned at a hospital and hotels and let me tell you i have seen many many nasty things! from diarreah all over the toilets and in the beds to blood the same way and as far as odors i can't pick the nastiest! but my hubby went into the womans bathroom yesterday because the mens was broken and he had never seen the little silver garbage cans on the walls in the ladies bathroom and he his curiosity got to him and he opened it and he got the surprise of his life in there...ladies you know what i am talking about and he said the smell was so rancid he got the heck out of there!! i laughed so hard i almost threw up!!!

True story...this just shows how nasty women can be:
I was filling in as a bartender and part of closing down was to clean the bathrooms. Well, some skank wrapped up a piece of crap in a napkin and stuffed it beside the toilet.

i was in pets mart one time and this lady brought her golden retriever in the stall with her. the damn thing came under the stall and into mine....on top of that, she was over there grunting really hard.......yea it was really strange.
