I wanted to upgrade my palm to a treo 680, does anyone know if you can just hotsync the new treo to the an old tungsten palm? Do you know if the treo has a memo pad similar to the old palms or is it just a word document pad?

You could just sync the tungsten to your computer and download information. then hook up the new 680 and upload the information to your new palm.

Yes, the info you hotsynced from your tungsten will go into your 680 when you hotsync the new device. Any palm that is not windows based (which the 680 isn't) just has a regular memo pad, not a word document pad. Hope I helped!
