problem: A flashlight lamp connected to a battery that provides 1.4 V draws a current of 0.10 A. what electric power is used by the lamp??

i need solution for this one.help me please

The formula for power is P(watts)=E(volts)x I(amps)
P=1.4x.1=.14Watts Crossing to the basic Ohms Law Formula E=IR and using basic substitution of IR for E, You find that P=IxIxR is a good formula if you only have the Current and Resistance. Hope this helps.

P = 1.4 * 0.1
P = 0.14 watts.
