I have been drawing scince I was 8, I'm now 34, been out of practice for 15 years though. Do you think if I got back into it, I could frame some good landscape pencil drawings of like fences with a barn in a field with tall weeds, kind of art work and would they sell on ebay...?

Forget those and concentrate on your actual skill. Plenty of people can draw. Look at ways you can put that skill to use like say as a sign writer, webmaster work for designing websites etc. Caricatures are also popular. You'd be better looking at commercial type avenues rather than trying to make a few bucks just selling an occasional drawing.

Why using ebay if you can use a special website for showcasing and selling art works bitpine http://bitpine.com
It takes a few seconds to sign up, and then go to the top where it says "upload an item", submit your art to your gallery, and in the options when you're submitting just check the box to allow it for selling.

It's absolutely free to sign up and use it. And has tons of cool features to check out.
It's also advantageous because it is an art website, and the people who will see your pictures most will probably be art/photography enthusiasts.

I bet you could definitely sell them on ebay...but you could also try etsy.com. Etsy is like an indie art/craft site. On etsy if you did some drawings of owls in trees, they would most likely be very popular, because owls are SUPER popular.
