Is the slogan used on a billboard for a liquor store/bar/male dance club. It also has a picture of the girl. I have seen two more like this (one saying she is 14 and her Daddy needs money). I find it to be almost of child pornography. Is this gross to other people? Is it leagle to use a minor for alcohol advertizment?

it's probably not illegal but it is certainly in bad taste.

i always think that it's exploitive to use the innocence of children to advance an agenda or sell a product, but i think that this even crosses that line.

in this situation they are using the innocence of a child and are trying to draw you into what you are supposed to believe is her real life.

it's about as tasteless as using children to beg for money so some wino can get another bottle.

i'm actually sorry i wrote that, now someone will probably try to do this...

I don't know if it is legal or not, but it shouldn't be legal.
