You can give yourself a breast exam (which you should do anyway). Look around on the Internet for a guide. One place is the American Cancer Society. Although, you don't have to do anything fancy. Just feel around the breast and near the underarm areas at a certain time of the month. Only you know what your breasts are supposed to normally feel like.

For "downstairs", you can with the right tools, but you don't have the expertise like a Gyn would to spot problems and you cannot give yourself a Pap test.

To be safe, especially if you have never been to a Gyn before, go to a Gyn. See a woman Gyn if you're really uncomfortable going.

well your gyno will give you a pap smear which you cannot do yourself. You can however give yourself a breast exam, Im sure if you type self breast exam on the internet there will be sites that explain how to do that. Or ask your doctor and they can tell you.

You can examine yourself if you have a speculum and a hand mirror etc but you cannot give yourself a pap test and it is awfully hard to do a pelvic exam on yourself. You should be using a hand mirror regardless to examine your vaginal area for any changes in color or appearance any way.
