Depends on what you are selling. I've used everything from, "how does that sound to you?" (after presenting an office supply demo) to "and your birthdate is?" (insurance) to "we accept visa, mastercard, checks and cash, with 2 forms of id...ha, ha" (retail demonstration products).
Really depends on what you are trying to sell.

Without you knowing that they are asking. A good salesman gets a buyer to a position of wanting to buy, instead of hoping for or forcing a sale

A good salesperson "has" the sale before he/she has to ask. You have to close throughout the entire presentation. Before you even ask the client to sign anything you can pre-close with "when do you want that delivered", "what color do you want that in", "should I put you down for 50 cases or 100 cases", etc.
