LOL thats funny!!! ahahaha...kudos for that!. I thought Dravid played a captain's role while batting but letting Sri Lanka bat first after he won the toss was dumb...oh well...its over...have to move on now.
First thing they need to do is get rid of Chappell. We need someone who has been an Indian player who can evaluate talent well. Bring in someone like Robin Singh or Kapil Dev or Srinath who are likeable and always lead by example.
Second, they need to get rid of Sachin. He had his chance. its time to move on and retire and go develop in his restaraunt in mumbai. He has always been an overrated cricketer, never delivered any game winning performances, has never saved the team when they are in pressure situations. CLASSIC CHOKER...get rid of him. Yea he scored all the centuries and records but he'll forever be knows for letting a billion people down in crucial situations.
Thrid, please make Yuvraj Singh the captain. The guy scored only 6, but he was run out and it wasn't his fault. Dravid should've taken the single. Anyways, we need someone young, someone who dives on the field and gives it their all. He always gives 100% and you can see his enthusiasm on the field...it rubs off on people.
Fourth, ICC must come up with rules and regulations regarding contracts from sponsorships and endorsments. These bastards are earning wayy too much and they get all the money they want and play like sissies. These are too distracting and it takes away the drive to play the game. These guys want to play for money and money only. They put that ahead of the game and the game turned its back on them...they deserved it.
If they went down fighting, I would've been proud of them, but there was no effort at all...none watsoever, they were playing like they could waltz their way to the finals. BASTARDS CHOKERS!! IDIOTS!! GREEDY SELFISH DUMB "ATHLETES"!!! They don't deserve to play the game...let them take all their money and burn in hell!

Yes, it is a shame on the part of the team, which consists of such experienced and recognised batsmen like Sachin, Dravid, Ganguly and Sehwag could not chase the total of 254 runs and win the match against Sri Lanka, whom they have defeated number of times in the recent past.

its entirely India's fault. i mean Indian authority not the team no team goes to a competition to lose. They lost this match because people like you. you guys expect every match should be won by India. so what the Indian authority do .... they make some flat pitchers in India. where they can win the matches with minimum effort, they always struggle when a moving pitch or any assistance to the bowlers in foreign conditions.... this is what happening to the Indian cricket team. more expectation and giving more pressure to the team and blind foldedly accusing but not giving any reason

Well, you know, sometimes things don't go in your own way. This World Cup 2007 was like one of those series for Indian Cricket Team. Most importantly, they need to improve on fielding, bowling, also batting. Even with having seven batsmen, they cannot make 200 with a team like Bangladesh. This should really be their wake-up call for future.

hey i know ur really hurt...im a sri lankan...but its not dravids fault...he did his best to hold up an end while the so called "big hitters" scored the runs...but none of them did....im happy sri lanka won although its tough to see rahul dravid after the game...i feel happy and at the same time pretty sad indeed...india were very unlucky today...sri lanakans scored alot of runs through inside edges and had lots of luck....so just take it a lil bit easy on dravid...its not just him....blame ganguly for playing a poor shot...tendulkar...sehwag gettin out while he is in...im sad india is almost out of the cup but these things happen and its not the end of the world...its sport....so right now i have mixed feelings....and they are not losers...having 2 bad games doesnt make them losers at all....world cup requires alot of luck and SL had that today...so plz dont call them losers cause they try their best and its not like they want to lose on purpose....

Yes.. I agreed on this from the day they lost to Bangladesh. Are you still gonna call Bangladesh, the Bast***? U were racist against Bangladesh and now you should also curse Srilanka.
Or you can support both/either of Bangldesh and Srilanka. They are only 2 teams in World Cup now.

When it is a pressure match, why in the world do they need to chase..it is clearly known they are not the best chasers when it comes to pressure games.
many predict that they are going to even win the WC 2007 by giving bullshit logics.
