Is there anyway to know if you've conceived the exact time you did?

I had unprotected sex during the time I was supposed to ovulate and Im hoping that Im pregnant!

Nope, there's no way of knowing and no changes that can be felt until at least 7-8 days after conception. Many women don't notice any change even after their positive pregnancy test.

There may be a slight change that is very unnoticeable, but within a few days u will be able to notice symptoms and by 4 wks symptoms will increase. goodluck!
