A woman slowed her car at a stop sign and rolled thru it. A ploice man stopped her and told her that he was going to get a ticket for failure to come to a complete stop.
The woman argued that slowing down very slow was just as good as stopping altogether.
At this point, the policeman took out his billy club and started whacking her with it. Then he asked her, "Now - do you want me to stop? or do you want me to slow down?"
