Lets just say that mankind is causing global warming. Isnt it clear that international laws limiting devleopment is particularly going to hurt poorer nations? Poor nations cannot develop using wind and solar power. It sure seems like the people pushing this agenda must really hate most of Africa don't you think?

Not really. All the proposals carry the severest regulations for the US. They do not effect poorer countries. They are mainly an attack on the US. They completely ignore countries like China which is building a new coal power plant every three days. The regulations exempt third world countries.
